How to Use
- Twist up the tip at about 0.04inch.
- Line the waterline and tightline to create a look of fuller lashes.
- Precautions:
a) After each use, close the cap firmly until it makes a clicking sound.
b) Pull out only in an amount for one use as the tip is slim and can break itself.
